Students will be credited the remaining amount of their Residence Hall License Contract upon their checkout. Exemptions from the housing requirement and/or current Residence Hall License Contract may be granted to students who are living with parents/guardians while taking all online courses.
Any students meeting the criteria listed above who wish to request an exemption from the housing requirement must complete the Housing Exemption form on the University Housing portal .
- Students are expected to complete the Express Checkout process in their residence hall.
- Exemptions will not be granted to move to a local off-campus residence that is not the permanent address of parents/guardians.
- Students who are not living on campus for the Fall 2020 semester should not plan to return to on-campus housing in the Spring 2021 semester.
