The Department of Housing & Residence Life is pleased to announce the creation of a package delivery desk for our on-campus residents.  The package delivery desk is located in Coltrane Hall and is available to our on-campus residents to assist in having shipments sent via UPS or FedEx delivered successfully.  Student workers at the Coltrane Package Desk will sign for packages being delivered to on-campus residents.  Packages will then be stored and the recipient notified via their AppalNet email account that their package is awaiting pickup.  Please note that students must present their ASU ID card prior to receiving their package.  The Coltrane Pacakge Desk does not accept delivery of highly perishable items such as flowers or fresh fruit.

HOURS OF OPERATION

The Coltrane Package Desk is open from 9:00am-8:00pm Monday - Friday, and from 9:00am-2:00pm on Saturday.  Students may contact the Coltrane Package Desk during its normal operating hours at (828)262-7736.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Please note that the Coltrane Package Desk can only accept packages being delivered to on-campus residents.  The package desk can also only accept packages delivered via UPS or FedEx.  Packages sent via US Postal Service mail cannot be delivered to the package desk.  Such items need to be addressed to the student's ASU Post Office box and will be delivered and stored at the ASU Post Office.  Please note that the ASU username is necessary to ensure delivery of the package to the correct recipient.
