Resident Assistants (RAs) will post publicity from campus organizations and departments, provided that the materials are submitted for review by the Department of Housing & Residence Life using the Residence Hall Advertising Request form below. A sample of the proposed advertising must also be emailed (Adobe PDF format is best) to Jeff Doyle for review; if no sample is sent then approval cannot be granted. Notification of approval will occur via email within one business day of receipt of form.

Once approved, materials should be delivered to 287 Rivers Street, Room 321 John E. Thomas Hall, at least one week prior to the date of the event. Distribution counts can be found below. RAs will post materials in appropriate places within the residence hall and apartment communities.
