Residence Hall Rates

 

IMPORTANT: The Residence Hall License Contract is for both semesters of the academic year.

The prices listed below are per room, per student, and include the following:

  • Electricity
  • Water
  • Basic cable television
  • Internet access (1 ethernet port per bed, wireless access available in certain halls)
  • Maintenance

Please note that residence hall rates take into account the amenities available in each building (i.e., air conditioning, in-room bathrooms, in-room kitchenettes, wireless internet, etc.). As a result, although two halls may have the same style listed below their associated rates may vary based upon the amenities available in each individual building. Please refer to the Residence Hall pages for detailed descriptions of available amenities in individual buildings.
