IMPORTANT NOTE:  Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 is currently not a supported browser for the AiM work order system.  Please be certain to use either an earlier version of Internet Explorer (9 or before) or an alternate browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION?

• Unable to enter a work order online?  Call it in to the University Housing front desk at (828)262-2160.
• Questions about how to enter a work order?  Email Kathleen Hineman for assistance.
• Questions regarding technical support for the system?  Email Dana Braswell for assistance.
• Please note that the AiM Work Order System is accessible only to computers registered on the Appalachian State University network.  Non-registered machines and users of the ASU-Visitor wireless network will be unable to access the system.
