The Department of Housing & Residence Life is proud to announce the latest step in an ongoing effort to provide students and staff with technologies that meet the needs of our ever-changing population.  The previous online work order system used by the department has now been replaced with the AiM Work Order system developed by AssetWorks.  The AiM Work Order system allows students to more closely monitor the status of their work orders while also offering the Department of Housing & Residence Life several tools to help improve customer service in the future.  We are very excited to be able to offer this new and improved system to our students and trust that it will be instrumental in the notification and speedy resolution of maintenance issues within our buildings.

  • Please note that the AiM Work Order System is accessible only to computers registered on the ASU network.  Non-registered machines and users of the ASU-Visitor wireless network will be unable to access the system.
